    By using Tengan you agree to these terms. Tengan is provided as licensed enterprise software under the applicable license terms.

  • Permitted use

    Use Tengan for any lawful purpose: managing your infrastructure, providing managed services, research or education.

  • Your responsibilities

    You are responsible for your deployment's security: access controls, credential management and network configuration.

  • Updates

    These terms may change over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

License and terms
Tengan is released under an enterprise license. Your use is governed by the terms of your license agreement.
Liability and warranty
Tengan is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse or inability to use this software. You assume responsibility for the operation of your deployment.
Prohibited use
You may not use Tengan to gain unauthorized access to systems you don't own or have permission to manage. Using the platform for unlawful surveillance, data exfiltration or any activity that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.
